At Ivan's Cards, we take great care to ensure the quality and authenticity of all trading cards sold through our store. Due to the nature of trading cards and their collectible value, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All trading card sales are final. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

Individual trading cards

Sealed card packs or boxes

Custom or pre-ordered items

We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:

Your order number

Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will review your case and work with you to resolve any issues.
